    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using minerhaolan.shop ("the Site"), operated by MinerHaolan ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

    2. Products and Pricing

    • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
    • Prices are subject to change without notice due to cryptocurrency market fluctuations and manufacturer pricing
    • Product images are representative; actual products may vary slightly in appearance
    • We reserve the right to limit quantities per order
    • Product availability is subject to stock levels at our Hong Kong warehouse

    3. Orders and Payment

    • Orders are confirmed only after payment is verified
    • We accept bank transfers (SWIFT), cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT), and credit cards for orders under $5,000
    • For B2B orders, custom payment terms may be arranged
    • All payments are non-refundable once the order has been shipped

    4. Shipping and Delivery

    • Orders ship from our Hong Kong warehouse within 1–3 business days
    • Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination
    • Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility
    • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handoff to the shipping carrier
    • We provide tracking information for all shipments

    5. Warranty

    • New miners include manufacturer warranty (typically 6–12 months depending on brand)
    • Extended warranty packages are available for purchase
    • Warranty does not cover damage from improper use, voltage issues, or unauthorized modifications
    • Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and product serial number
    • In-house repair services are available at our Hong Kong facility

    6. Returns and Refunds

    • Due to the nature of mining hardware, all sales are final once shipped
    • Defective products received on arrival (DOA) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence
    • DOA units will be replaced or repaired at our discretion
    • Return shipping costs for warranty claims are the buyer's responsibility

    7. Account Responsibilities

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and checkout.

    8. Prohibited Uses

    You may not use our Site to:

    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Engage in fraudulent transactions
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality
    • Scrape or collect data without our written consent

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, MinerHaolan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to lost mining profits, cryptocurrency value fluctuations, or power costs.

    All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of MinerHaolan or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
