Eliminated our facility lease costs
Before the Antminer X5, we were paying $8,000/month leasing warehouse space for our miners. Now we own the infrastructure outright on land we already had. The container paid for the eliminated lease within 18 months. Should have done this years ago.
Concrete pad was our only prep work
Total site prep for the Antminer X5 was a leveled concrete pad and a 480V power drop. That's it. Compared to the $200K+ we quoted for a purpose-built facility, this was a no-brainer. The container showed up, we connected power and internet, and started hashing that afternoon.
