The E11 is Bitmain's current Ethash and ETCHash miner and the successor to the E9 line. This listing is configured at 5 GH/s drawing 2800W, giving 560 J/GH. Ethereum Classic is the main target now that Ethereum itself no longer uses proof of work, alongside the smaller Ethash chains. It is air-cooled with four fans and needs a 220-240V circuit sized for the draw. One caveat worth raising up front: Bitmain's published E11 specifications are considerably stronger than the figures shown here, with the widely listed models running around 9 to 9.5 GH/s at roughly a quarter of this joule-per-gigahash number. Confirm the exact variant and firmware power target before ordering, because the difference between those configurations changes the economics completely.

Ventilation design prevents dust buildup
After 6 months with the Antminer E11, I inspected the interior and was surprised how clean everything was. The filtered intake and positive pressure design keeps dust out. In our dusty location that's huge — dust kills mining hardware faster than anything.
Efficiency justifies the price
The price of the Antminer E11 is justified by its efficiency. The J/TH ratio means faster payback and better long-term profitability. Quality investment.
Firmware v2 update improved things
After the firmware v2 update on my Antminer E11, I noticed about a 2% improvement in efficiency. Nice to see the manufacturer actively improving the product post-purchase. Not all brands do this.

Site prep was easier than expected
